Description
Feeling stuck on a project?
Wishing you had a trusted soundboard to bounce ideas off of?
In need of fresh eyes or an outside perspective?
A one-to-one strategy session may be just what you need. Serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to my clients is one of my favorite things to do.
My experience includes: community engagement; online communications; volunteer management; nonprofit board governance; content strategy; marketing; entrepreneurship; social enterprise / purpose-driven business development; environmental education (for adults!); fundraising strategy development; team development; advisory groups; and more!
What’s included?
- a chance to share a bit about how you hope to direct our time together—submitted via an online intake form
- 15-20 minutes of prep on my end to review any details or resources you may have to share in advance
- a one-hour, one-to-one strategy session hosted via Zoom
- a follow-up email summarizing any recommendations, suggested resources, and action steps identified during our call
After purchasing your strategy session, you’ll receive a link to the intake form. Once you’ve submitted your intake form you’ll be able to schedule your session.
Important: since my schedule typically fills-up two to three weeks in advance, please be sure to secure your strategy session at least two weeks in advance.

Jen is one of those people who can take scattered thoughts and decision paralysis, or challenging situations with multiple complex factors, and help find a clear way through. She listens, reflects, reframes, asks questions, and sets out options for ways forward that seem eminently achievable. Jen is very clearly a person who makes things happen in her own work. It is invaluable to have her come up to speed on something that seems so challenging, and be able to walk away with a plan and clear/easy tools to make that happen. My time talking with her was well worth it, and highly recommended.
